New IB solutions of the week: November 22, 2019

Sysdig has unveiled the latest release of its Sysdig Secure intrusion detection platform. Among other things, Sysdig Secure 3.0 includes an audit and threat response tool for Kubernetes. This release focuses on ensuring the security of the Kubernetes environment throughout the entire life cycle: detecting vulnerabilities and incorrect configurations at the development stage, blocking threats without affecting performance, responding to threats, conducting expert reviews and audits.

Jamf announces the availability of the Jamf Protect solution, designed to protect Mac enterprise endpoints. The product uses Apple’s native security tools, and also analyzes macOS OS activity on the device, generating telemetry data that will help IT teams of organizations monitor the status of corporate devices and quickly respond and block detected threats.

Version 7.4 of the HiveIO HiveIO Solution introduced. The product is an AI-based platform that enables organizations to deploy virtualization technologies without the need for specialists. The new version offers enhanced security and efficiency features, reducing the burden of supporting virtualization on a daily basis.

The ZeroNorth platform from the manufacturer of the same name has acquired new capabilities that provide more effective protection within the SDLC (software development life cycle) model, as well as evaluate, prioritize and respond to risks depending on the business context.

Bitglass has announced the Bitglass SmartEdge architecture, which provides a complete Secure Access Service Edge solution. The Bitglass SmartEdge Secure Web Gateway combines the flexibility of a 100% cloud solution with low management workload while eliminating latency by providing endpoint security with an endpoint smart agent.
